We work with clients of all abilities and guide the next generation of trainee’s through the Romana’s Pilates Teacher Training Program. I began working as a Personal Trainer and Aerobics instructor in 1996. I became enamored with Pilates in ‘98 and received my first Pilates certification in 2000. I met Romana Kryzanowska and received my second certification by her in August 2007. I am now one of her teacher trainers. I speak two languages one fluently, the other not so….
