Pilates Certification

It is best to prepare for your program with a copious amount of lessons. We teacher trainers are seeing many trainees stop their programs midway because of an insufficient development of their bodies. The program is very demanding on the body. A well prepared mind/body and spirit are necessary to finish. We believe that 2 to 4 years of working with any and all Romana’s Pilates instructors you may know will help you gain the strength needed to finish the program. When your Powerhouse is strong, then you will need to take an entrance exam. To enter the program: You have 2 hours to demonstrate all 91 exercises in what we call the initial assessment. You must demonstrate more than 75% of the given criteria for each exercise, tell at least three purposes for each exercise, tell the number of reps and sets for each, tell the number of springs if needed, show how to set up the equipment to do the exercises.
